Chapter 2 — TradingView Setup: Linking Your Account

Goal

Get a TradingView account (free tier works) and link it to AlgoatTV so the indicators become accessible in your chart.

Understanding the Relationship

AlgoatTV provides the indicators — the intelligence, the scoring logic, the system. TradingView is the charting platform where you see them live. You need both. The good news: TradingView's free plan works for the indicators themselves.

Step-by-Step: Linking TradingView

1. Go to tradingview.com and create a free account if you don't have one.
2. Back on your AlgoatTV dashboard, go to Account Settings and enter your exact TradingView username.
3. Hit save — our team will review your request and grant access to the invite-only indicators.

⏳ Waiting for Access

After you submit your TradingView username, our team manually grants access to the invite-only indicators. Here's what to expect:

• Typical wait: 24–48 hours.
• Max wait: Up to 72 hours in rare cases.
• You'll get an email confirmation once access is granted — check your inbox (and spam folder).

📧 IMPORTANT: Do NOT skip this step. Until you receive the confirmation email, the indicators will not appear in your TradingView account. There's nothing to troubleshoot — just wait for the email.

How to Verify Access

Once you receive the confirmation email:

1. Open TradingView and go to Indicators (the "fx" button on your chart).
2. Click the "Invite-Only Scripts" tab.
3. You should see all three AlgoatTV indicators listed there.
4. You can also check your access status on the AlgoatTV dashboard — look for the green "Access Granted" badge on the G.O.A.T. Ecosystem card.

💡 PRO TIP: After access is granted, click each indicator link from your dashboard and star it (⭐) in TradingView. This adds them to your Favorites for quick access every time you open a chart.

💡 NOTE: Pine Screener (TradingView's market scanner) requires a TradingView paid plan. The indicators themselves work fully on the free TradingView plan.
