PRIVACY POLICY

1. Information Collection & Scope

We collect information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

• Identity Data: Name and Email address.
• Platform Identifiers (Critical): We collect your TradingView Username and Discord User ID. This data is strictly used to map your payment to your access rights on third-party platforms.
• Payment Data: We do not store your full credit card number. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors: Tranzila (credit card processor, PCI DSS Level 1 compliant) and PayPal (subscription billing). Tranzila processes credit card transactions directly — we receive only a transaction confirmation token and last 4 digits of your card. PayPal handles subscription billing separately. We do not have access to your full financial data.
• Digital Footprint: IP address, browser fingerprint, and timestamp data to prevent account sharing and enforce our license limits.
• Trading Journal Data: If you use the Trading Journal feature, we store your self-reported trade entries including: ticker symbols, share quantities, entry/exit prices, trade dates, trading fees, tax rates, trade notes, portfolio names, starting account balances, and Trinity Protocol checklist responses. This data is entered by you voluntarily and is stored solely for your personal trade tracking purposes. We do not share your trading journal data with any third party.
• Market Data Requests: When you use the Trading Journal's live pricing feature, we transmit your ticker symbols to third-party market data providers to retrieve current price quotes. These requests contain only the ticker symbol — no personal information is included.
• Cookies & Analytics: We use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our website. These tools include:

  • Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-8C2F9J2PTP): Collects anonymized session data, device type, browsing patterns, and conversion events. Data is processed by Google LLC (US).
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM-5BH2TGM3): Tag management system that loads and manages tracking scripts on our website. Does not collect data independently.
  • Microsoft Clarity: Session recording and heatmap tool. Clarity records mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and page interactions to help us improve website usability. Data is processed by Microsoft Corporation (US). Clarity does not collect personally identifiable information in isolation, but session recordings may incidentally capture form interactions.   • Reddit Pixel (Client-Side): An advertising measurement pixel operated by Reddit Inc. (US). The Reddit Pixel fires when you visit specific pages or take actions on our site (page views, viewing product pages, beginning checkout). The Pixel collects: browser identifiers, IP address, user agent, and a session identifier (_rdt_uuid cookie). This pixel is subject to your cookie consent preferences — if you decline advertising cookies, the Reddit Pixel will not load.
  • Reddit Conversions API — CAPI (Server-Side): For payment processing and advertising measurement purposes, we transmit certain conversion data directly from our servers to Reddit Inc. This server-side transmission occurs for verified purchase events and includes: a cryptographically hashed (SHA-256) version of your email address, an internal account identifier, IP address, user agent, and transaction value. Because this transmission occurs server-side for payment verification purposes, it is not controlled by your cookie consent settings. You may request exclusion from this data sharing by emailing service@algoat.tv with subject 'Reddit CAPI Opt-Out'.

• AI Quant Conversations: When you use AI Quant, your text messages, uploaded chart screenshots, and conversation history are transmitted to third-party AI providers, including Anthropic Claude, to generate responses. Conversations are stored on our servers to enable chat continuity and improve the service. We do not use your AI Quant data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

2. How We Use & Share Your Data

We are not in the business of selling data; we are in the business of selling code.

• TradingView Authorization: You acknowledge that we must transmit your TradingView Username to TradingView Inc. to unlock "Invite-Only" scripts.
• Community Access: We use your Discord ID to grant role-based access to our server.
• Tranzila (Payment Processor): We transmit your billing name and transaction details to Tranzila Ltd. for PCI-compliant credit card payment processing. Tranzila does not share your card data with us beyond the transaction token and last 4 digits.
• PayPal (Subscription Billing): We transmit your email and subscription details to PayPal for recurring subscription billing management.
• Reddit Inc. (Advertising Measurement): We share conversion data with Reddit Inc. for the purpose of measuring the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and enabling retargeting. Data shared includes hashed email, internal account identifier, IP address, user agent, transaction value, and session identifiers. Reddit's Privacy Policy is available at https://www.reddit.com/policies/privacy-policy. Reddit acts as an independent data controller for this data.
• Microsoft Corporation (Session Analytics): Session recording and behavioral data is processed by Microsoft via the Clarity tool for website improvement purposes only. Microsoft does not receive personally identifiable information beyond what is described in Section 1. Microsoft acts as a data processor under our instructions.
• Legal Compliance: We will disclose your information if compelled by a subpoena, court order, or to protect the safety and rights of AlgoatTV.
• Trading Journal: Your journal data (trade entries, portfolio values, performance statistics) is used exclusively to provide you with personal trade tracking and analytics within the AlgoatTV platform. We do not analyze, aggregate, or share your individual trade data.
• AI Quant: Your AI Quant conversations and uploaded screenshots are processed by third-party AI providers to generate educational responses. We store conversation history for continuity. We do not use your AI Quant conversations for advertising, training external models, or sharing with third parties. To request deletion of your AI conversation history, email service@algoat.tv with subject "AI Data Deletion Request".

3. Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain your data for the duration of your active subscription plus a period required for tax, legal audits, and regulatory compliance (typically 7 years). Upon cancellation, your access to the Indicators is revoked immediately or at the end of the billing cycle, depending on plan terms.

Trading Journal Data: Your trade entries, portfolio data, and journal analytics are retained for the duration of your active account. Upon account deletion or cancellation, journal data is retained for up to 90 days to allow for account recovery, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion of all journal data at any time by contacting service@algoat.tv.

AI Quant Data: AI Quant conversation history is retained for the duration of your active account. Upon account deletion, all AI conversation data is permanently deleted within 90 days. You may request immediate deletion of your AI Quant conversation history at any time by emailing service@algoat.tv with subject "AI Data Deletion Request".

Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA):

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure: Request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Portability: Request your data in machine-readable format
• Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails
• Opt-Out of Advertising Data Sharing: You may request exclusion from server-side advertising data transmission (Reddit CAPI) by emailing service@algoat.tv with subject 'Reddit CAPI Opt-Out'. Client-side advertising pixels can be declined via our Cookie Banner.

To exercise these rights, contact service@algoat.tv or use the Request Removal button in your Account Modal for account deletion. Removal requests are processed within 7 business days.

4. Google Account Data

When you sign in to GOAT Toolkit (AlgoatTV) using your Google account, we access limited information from your Google account to provide our services.

What Google Data We Collect:

• Email Address: Used to identify your account and send service-related communications.
• Display Name: Used to personalize your experience within our platform.
• Profile Picture: May be displayed in your account dashboard (optional).

How We Use Your Google Data:

• • Authentication: To securely log you into your GOAT Toolkit account.
• • Account Management: To manage your subscription and access rights.
• • Communications: To send important service updates and transactional emails.

Data Sharing:

We do NOT sell, trade, or share your Google data with third parties except:

• • When required by law (court orders, subpoenas)
• • To protect our legal rights or safety
• • With your explicit consent

5. International Data Transfers

AlgoatTV is based in Israel. Some of our service providers process data outside Israel, including in the United States. These providers include: Google LLC, Reddit Inc., Microsoft Corporation, and Anthropic PBC.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA): Data transfers to the United States are made under appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission, where applicable under the GDPR.

For Israeli users: Data transfers abroad are conducted in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Regulations 5777-2017. All US-based recipients listed above operate under privacy frameworks that provide adequate protection for your personal data.

Anthropic PBC (AI Provider): When you use AI Quant, your text messages and chart screenshots are transmitted to Anthropic PBC (US) for processing. Per Anthropic's API terms of service, Anthropic does not train its models on API-submitted data. Your AI Quant conversations are not used to train Anthropic's AI models. 6. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from this policy are subject to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in our Terms of Service, including the mandatory arbitration clause and class action waiver.
