BY USING THE GOAT TOOLKIT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPTED THESE RISKS.

Trading and investing in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You could lose all or more than your initial investment. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

1. What GOAT Is (and Is Not)

GOAT is a Data Visualization Tool, NOT:

  • ✗A financial advisor or investment advisor
  • ✗A broker-dealer, investment fund, or money manager
  • ✗A provider of "buy" or "sell" signals (we provide "alerts" based on mathematical formulas)
  • ✗A guarantee of profit or protection against loss

What We Do:

We apply proprietary mathematical algorithms to historical price data and display the results as visual overlays on TradingView charts. YOU are responsible for interpreting this data and making your own independent trading decisions.

Publisher's Exclusion (U.S.) & Regulatory Status

AlgoatTV (r.ai — Sole Proprietorship, organized under the laws of the State of Israel) is a non-U.S. publisher of impersonal, general-market technical-analysis software and educational content.

To the extent the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (the "Advisers Act") applies to AlgoatTV as a non-U.S. publisher, AlgoatTV is NOT registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and relies upon the "publisher's exclusion" from the definition of "investment adviser" under Section 202(a)(11)(D) of the Advisers Act and corresponding state laws.

All content, indicators, scores, alerts, and AI Quant responses are impersonal and are NOT tailored to the investment needs, objectives, or financial situation of any specific person. Nothing we provide constitutes personalized investment advice.

AlgoatTV likewise does not provide "investment advice", "investment marketing", or "portfolio management" as defined under the Israeli Regulation of Investment Advice, Investment Marketing and Portfolio Management Law, 1995, and holds no license from the Israel Securities Authority (ISA). Users are solely responsible for compliance with the financial regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction.

2. Substantial Risk of Loss

You acknowledge and accept that:

  • You Can Lose Everything: Trading can result in substantial losses, including losses exceeding your initial investment (if using leverage).
  • Past Performance ≠ Future Results: Any backtests, examples, or historical data shown are hypothetical and do not guarantee future performance.
  • Market Volatility: Markets are inherently unpredictable and can move against your positions rapidly and substantially.
  • Leverage Amplifies Risk: If you use margin or leverage, losses can exceed your account balance.

3. No Guarantees or Warranties

We make NO guarantees or warranties regarding:

  • • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or alerts
  • • The profitability of any trade or strategy
  • • The uptime or availability of the TradingView platform
  • • The compatibility of our code with future TradingView updates
  • • The accuracy or reliability of AI Quant outputs

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

4. Third-Party Platform Dependency (TradingView)

CRITICAL: GOAT Toolkit operates exclusively on the TradingView platform. We do not own, control, or manage TradingView.

You acknowledge that:

  • • TradingView can experience outages, maintenance, or downtime
  • • TradingView can change their Pine Script language, breaking our indicators
  • • TradingView can revoke our "Invite-Only" access or ban our scripts
  • • TradingView can terminate your account for violations of their terms

We are NOT liable for any of the above events. No refunds will be issued for TradingView-related issues beyond our control.

5. Your Responsibilities

By using GOAT, you agree that YOU are solely responsible for:

  • •Your Trading Decisions: All trades you make are your own independent decisions.
  • •Risk Management: Setting stop-losses, position sizing, and managing your capital.
  • •Due Diligence: Conducting your own research and verifying any data before acting on it.
  • •Understanding the Markets: Ensuring you understand the financial instruments you are trading.
  • •Legal Compliance: Ensuring your trading activities comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Trading Journal & Performance Tracking Disclaimer

The AlgoatTV Trading Journal is a personal record-keeping tool. By using it, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Self-Reported Data Only: All trade entries are manually entered by you. AlgoatTV does not connect to your brokerage account, does not verify your trade data, and does not guarantee accuracy.
  • Not a Tax Tool: The Journal calculates estimated P&L, trading fees, and tax amounts for informational purposes only. Do NOT use Journal tax estimates for tax filing. Consult a licensed tax professional.
  • All Prices Are Manually Entered: Every price in the Journal — including buy price and current price — is manually entered by you. The Journal does not fetch or display any live or real-time market data; all current values and P&L are calculated solely from the numbers you type in. Do not make trading decisions based on values displayed in the Journal.
  • Market Events Beyond Our Control: AlgoatTV is not responsible for any losses arising from flash crashes, exchange failures, broker outages, trading halts, liquidity events, data-feed errors, delayed market data, or incorrect third-party market data.
  • No Brokerage Integration: The Trading Journal does not execute trades or interact with your actual trading accounts in any way.
  • Data Loss: While we take reasonable measures to protect your journal data, AlgoatTV is not liable for data loss, corruption, or unavailability.

7. AI Quant — Accuracy & Limitations

AI Quant is an AI-powered educational assistant included in the AlgoatTV Service. By using AI Quant, you acknowledge:

  • AI Can Hallucinate: AI Quant uses artificial intelligence models that can produce incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, misleading, or entirely fabricated outputs. It may misread chart screenshots, misidentify indicator values, or provide incorrect interpretations of market conditions.
  • Not Financial Advice: All AI-generated content is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing AI Quant says constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or trade signals.
  • Third-Party AI Providers: AI Quant relies on third-party AI models. We do not control these models, and they may change, degrade, or become unavailable without notice.
  • Always Verify: You must independently verify all AI outputs against your own analysis before acting on any information. Never rely solely on AI-generated analysis for trading decisions.
  • Trade Execution Prohibition: Never execute a trade based solely on any AlgoatTV output — including indicator readings, GOAT Score values, Neural Engine signals, Macro Command Center readings, AI Quant outputs, alert conditions, or any content published on any AlgoatTV distribution channel. All AlgoatTV tools are educational and analytical in nature only. No output from any AlgoatTV product or channel constitutes a trade signal, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a basis for any financial decision. All outputs must be independently verified against your own chart analysis, risk management rules, and judgment before any trading decision is made. AlgoatTV bears no responsibility for any trading decision made in reliance on any of its outputs, tools, or content.
  • Data Privacy in AI Quant: When you submit chart screenshots or text to AI Quant, this content is transmitted to Anthropic PBC (US) for processing. Anthropic does not train its AI models on API-submitted content per their API usage policies. Your conversations are stored on AlgoatTV servers to enable chat continuity and may be reviewed by AlgoatTV staff for quality assurance and safety purposes only. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

8. Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Nothing on our website, Discord server, TradingView scripts, AI Quant conversations, YouTube channel, Reddit posts, social media accounts, email communications, or any other AlgoatTV distribution channel constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. This applies to all content published or distributed by AlgoatTV regardless of the platform or medium through which it is delivered.

We do not have a fiduciary duty to you. You should consult with a licensed financial advisor, attorney, or tax professional before making any investment decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoatTV and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for:

  • • Any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages
  • • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption
  • • Any damages arising from third-party platforms (TradingView, Discord, AI providers)

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months prior to the claim. This is your SOLE remedy for any dispute.

10. Tracking Technologies & Advertising

AlgoatTV uses advertising measurement technologies including the Reddit Pixel and Reddit Conversions API. These technologies help us measure which advertising campaigns lead to trial signups and purchases. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers. Advertising measurement data (including hashed email and transaction value for verified purchases) is shared with Reddit Inc. for campaign measurement purposes only. You may opt out of server-side advertising data sharing by emailing service@algoat.tv with subject 'Reddit CAPI Opt-Out'.

11. Hypothetical & Simulated Performance Disclaimer

Any backtests, historical examples, charts, equity curves, scores, statistics, or alerts shown by AlgoatTV are HYPOTHETICAL and SIMULATED. They are derived from mathematical calculations applied to historical price data and are presented for educational and informational purposes only.

Hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Because the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors such as lack of liquidity or slippage. Simulated programs in general are designed with the benefit of hindsight and are based on historical information. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN. Past performance — whether actual or hypothetical — is not indicative of future results.

Your Express Acknowledgment of No Reliance:

By using this Service, you expressly acknowledge, confirm, and agree that:

  • (b)Any losses you incur in financial markets are solely the result of your own independent trading decisions, for which you bear full and exclusive responsibility;
  • (c)You waive any and all claims against AlgoatTV, its owners, officers, and affiliates arising from or related to your trading results, trading losses, or missed opportunities;
  • (d)You declare that you have read, understood, and expressly accept all of the above.
