REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Subscription Plans & Billing

1.1. Subscription Tiers

We offer the following plans:

  • •Free Tier: $0 — Limited features, no billing. Includes a one-time 7-Day Full Access Trial of all GOAT Pro features (no payment required).
  • •GOAT Pro Monthly: $49/mo — Billed once every 30 days. Cancel anytime.
  • •GOAT Pro Annual: $29/mo equivalent ($348/year) — Billed once every 365 days as a single upfront payment. Save ~$240/year (~40%) versus paying monthly.

1.2. User Lifecycle

New User → Free Tier → 7-Day Trial → Free Tier (downgraded) → Optional GOAT Pro Upgrade

  1. New user signs up and lands on the Free tier.
  2. A one-time 7-Day Full Access Trial is automatically activated — the user receives all GOAT Pro features for 7 days at no cost.
  3. After 7 days, the account is automatically downgraded to Free tier features. No payment is charged.
  4. The user may choose to upgrade to GOAT Pro Monthly ($49/mo) or GOAT Pro Annual ($348/year) at any time.
  5. Paid GOAT Pro subscriptions include the 30-Day GOAT Guarantee™ (see Section 2).

1.3. Automatic Renewal

By default, all paid GOAT Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle unless cancelled strictly in accordance with Section 3 below. Monthly plans renew every 30 days; Annual plans renew every 365 days.

2. The 30-Day GOAT Guarantee™

2.1. Eligibility

We offer a 100% "No Questions Asked" 30-Day GOAT Guarantee™ for all new GOAT Pro subscriptions (both Monthly at $49/mo and Annual at $348/year). This guarantee is valid for the first 30 days following your initial purchase date. For Monthly subscribers, the guarantee applies to the first month's payment only.

2.2. One Guarantee Per Customer

The 30-Day GOAT Guarantee™ is available once per customer. If you have previously received a refund under this guarantee, any subsequent subscription (Monthly or Annual) is non-refundable. Creating new accounts to obtain additional guarantees is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account termination.

2.3. Refund Process

To claim the 30-Day GOAT Guarantee™:

  1. Contact support at service@algoat.tv within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund (optional, but helpful for us to improve).
  3. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
  4. Your access to GOAT Toolkit will be revoked immediately upon refund approval.

2.4. Important: Free Tier & Trial Are Not Refundable

The Free tier and the 7-Day Full Access Trial are provided at no cost. Since no payment is made, no refund rights apply. The 30-Day GOAT Guarantee™ applies exclusively to paid GOAT Pro subscriptions.

3. Cancellation & Refunds (After 30 Days)

If 30 days have passed since your initial purchase, the following rules apply:

3.1. No Refunds

After the initial 30-day window, all payments made are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or unused portions of an annual term.

3.2. Cancellation Effect

📅 Monthly Plan ($49/mo):

If you cancel after day 30, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid month. After that period ends, your account will be downgraded to Free tier, and you will not be charged again.

📅 Annual Plan ($348/year):

If you cancel after day 30 (having paid for the full year), your subscription will act as a "Non-Renewing" subscription. You will retain access to the service until the end of your 365-day term. At the end of the term, your account will be downgraded to Free tier, and you will not be charged for a subsequent year.

Examples

✅ Scenario A: Cancel Annual Within 30 Days

You purchase GOAT Pro Annual for $348. After 10 days, you decide it's not for you.

  • → Full $348 refund issued under the 30-Day GOAT Guarantee™
  • → Access revoked immediately, account downgraded to Free tier
  • → No future charges

❌ Scenario B: Cancel Annual After 3 Months

You purchase GOAT Pro Annual for $348. After 90 days, you cancel.

  • → NO refund (30-Day GOAT Guarantee™ window passed)
  • → Keep access until end of your 365-day term
  • → Subscription set to non-renewing; downgraded to Free tier at end of term

📋 Scenario C: Cancel Monthly After 60 Days

You're on GOAT Pro Monthly at $49/mo. After 60 days (2 billing cycles), you cancel.

  • → NO refund (30-Day GOAT Guarantee™ window passed)
  • → Keep access until end of current paid month
  • → Downgraded to Free tier after current month ends; no further charges

✅ Scenario D: Cancel Monthly Within 30 Days

You purchase GOAT Pro Monthly at $49/mo. After 12 days, you decide it's not for you.

  • → Full $49 refund issued under the 30-Day GOAT Guarantee™
  • → Access revoked immediately, account downgraded to Free tier
  • → Note: If you re-subscribe later, the 30-Day GOAT Guarantee™ will NOT apply again

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card company, Tranzila, PayPal, or any other payment provider instead of contacting us directly at service@algoat.tv, we reserve the right to: (a) immediately suspend or terminate your account and revoke all access; (b) contest the chargeback with all available evidence including Tranzila and PayPal transaction records; and (c) pursue recovery of any costs incurred, including chargeback fees and administrative costs. We strongly encourage you to contact service@algoat.tv first.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your GOAT Pro subscription or to request a refund under the 30-Day GOAT Guarantee™:

  1. Log into your Members dashboard.
  2. Open your Account Modal (click your profile).
  3. Click the Cancel Subscription button to cancel your recurring payment (processed via Tranzila for credit card or PayPal for subscription billing).

Account Removal

To request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data:

  1. Log into your Members dashboard.
  2. Open your Account Modal (click your profile).
  3. Click the Request Removal button under Account Removal.

Account removal requests are processed within 7 business days. Upon deletion, all personal data, trading journal entries, and subscription access are permanently removed. This action is irreversible. Any active subscription will be cancelled and remaining access forfeited with no refund for unused time.

Refund Processing Time

Once you request a refund within the 30-Day GOAT Guarantee™ window, your refund will be processed. However, it may take:

  • •5-10 business days to appear in your bank account or credit card statement
  • •Timing depends on your bank or payment provider

Trading Journal, AI Quant & Additional Features

Access to the Trading Journal, Portfolio Tracker, AI Quant, and other supplementary features within the AlgoatTV Members dashboard is provided as part of the overall AlgoatTV service at the discretion of AlgoatTV.

  • • Availability, modification, or removal of these features does not constitute grounds for a refund.
  • • These features are supplementary tools and are not separately priced or billed.
  • • Upon account cancellation, journal data is retained for up to 90 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

Promotional Offers & Founding Members

Users receiving access through promotional programs (including the Founding Member program) at no cost are not entitled to any refund, as no payment was made. The 30-Day GOAT Guarantee™ applies only to paid GOAT Pro subscriptions. Promotional access may be revoked at any time at AlgoatTV's sole discretion.
